Lecture

Diversity at work is a must have—it enriches our interactions and brings fresh perspectives. However, diversity alone isn't enough. Without an inclusive environment, diversity can lead to friction and conflict. Inclusion is the secret sauce that welcomes these new perspectives and fosters a genuine sense of belonging. In this lecture, I will explore the theoretical and practical frameworks necessary to cultivate inclusion and integrate it into our daily practices. My aim is to ignite and sustain an ongoing dialogue on enhancing inclusion, transforming it into a dynamic and integral aspect of our organizational culture. Together, we will examine strategies to make inclusion an everyday reality, ensuring that our workplaces truly benefit from a diverse and cohesive workforce.
