KLU Career Connect is KLU's unique networking event that connects top talents from KLU with leading companies. Unlike a traditional job fair, it offers interactive opportunities for students and employers to engage directly. The event features a Company Slam, where companies pitch themselves in three minutes, a Meet & Greet to explore internships and job opportunities, and 1:1 speed pitches matching students and alumni with potential employers.

What attracted you to participate in Career Connect?
The inspiring students we have met from KLU, the international nature of the student body and programmes, as well as the excellent collaboration with KLU colleagues.
What are the key qualities you look for in potential interns or new hires?
The right mindset, a passion for our industry and what we do (which is genuinely exciting!), along with a strong sense of drive, enthusiasm and proactiveness.
What advice would you give to students who are preparing for interviews or applying for jobs?
Be yourself - be authentic! Of course, you should prepare by researching the company, the industry, key figures and recent news, but what will truly set you apart is the personal spirit you bring, along with the passion and genuine interest you show during the conversation.
