- Your referral applies: They submit an application for a KLU program (BSc, MSc, or MBA) and mention your name. We'll reach out to discuss their next steps.
- Reward unlocked: Once your referral successfully enrolls, you're all set.*
- Claim your reward: Email referral@klu.org and we'll take care of the rest.
- Pick your reward: Choose between an Executive Education course or tickets to OMR, Europe's leading digital marketing & tech event.

Students apply operations principles and interdisciplinary methods to practical business problems they encounter in their professional environment.

This course focuses on the options of a company to extend social and environmental standards beyond its organizational boundaries onto their upstream and downstream supply chain. Students dive into designing closed-loop supply chains and facilitate a shift from a linear to a circular economy, including transforming a supply chain towards closing the material loop.
- Identify and assess sustainability hotspots in a supply chain.
- Devise measures to monitor and certify sustainability standards.
- Explain the critical role of supply chains to achieve a circular economy.
- Analyze how a supply chain can be transformed towards closing the material loop.
This course discusses the structure of corporate governance at the top level of organizations and how sustainability can be positioned in organizational structures. Students work with integrated reporting and key players and standards in sustainability reporting such as the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), including the benefits and drawbacks of non-financial key performance indicators.

- Recognize, describe and interpret metrics and reporting standards used internationally for sustainability reporting.
