Fab City: Decentralized Digital Innovation Processes for Urban Value Creation - Citizen Innovation

This project investigates how the population can best be involved in decentralized value creation. To this end, several work packages will analyze how the population can be addressed and motivated to contribute as a source of the most innovative and useful ideas possible (ideation), how they can be involved in the evaluation of the ideas submitted (evaluation), and finally how they can participate in the implementation in the Fab Lab (implementation). These analyses are based on primary data collected at various points in time as part of the FabCity project. Thus, the progress of the project will be closely monitored with the aim of developing specific generalizable insights for the future of decentralized urban value creation.
