DisruptHR Hamburg returns to the KLU Campus on November 12, 2026, for its third breakfast edition. Following successful events earlier this year with more than 100 participants, we are excited to once again bring together students, professionals, and leaders for a morning of bold ideas and meaningful conversations.
What Is DisruptHR?
DisruptHR is a globally licensed event format designed to spark fresh thinking around leadership, culture, innovation, and the human side of work. The talks are short, energetic, and thought-provoking, encouraging speakers to share one powerful idea that can challenge perspectives and inspire change.
The event begins with breakfast networking, followed by a series of rapid-fire talks and opportunities to connect with speakers and participants.
DisruptHR talks are designed to be fast, engaging, and focused:
5-minute presentations,
20 slides, auto-advancing every 15 seconds,
One clear, compelling idea.
What to Expect
